We, Planning & Construction, provide the professional expertise, information, and leadership necessary to plan, design, and construct efficient, safe and sound learning environments that support the District's Mission of providing a quality education that prepares all children for a successful future.
Construction
oversees the design and construction of capital improvement projects. Construction ensures that projects align with educational specifications, technical guidelines, schedule, and budget, and conform to contract documents while meeting the needs of the students and community.
Planning is responsible for the District's master planning and site/facility capital improvement planning, including management and maintenance of permanent facility records.
Property Management is responsible for the administration of real property and analysis of data to plan for future school construction and land acquisition including boundaries, site disposal and real estate management.
