Who in your work place demonstrates the district values?  We want to recognize them!  The Values Awards celebration, sponsored by the Anchor Group and funded by a grant from The Jefferson Foundation, is designed to promote district values and employee recognition.  This is not a competition.  All schools and departments are asked to form a broad based staff committee to decide on nominees that will allow the entire staff to participate in the nomination process. 

Each school/department is limited to four nominees.  A work site may nominate an employee from a different school/department, for example a school may choose to nominate a bus driver; however, that person will count as one of your four nominees.  In addition, your school/department's designated committee leader will need to contact the nominee's immediate supervisor to notify him/her of the nomination. If more than four nominees are submitted, a member of the employee recognition committee will contact your work site and ask you to limit your nominations to four.

Your ESS login and password will be required to access the nomination form. Your school/department's designated committee leader will also receive an additional password, required to access the nomination form.

Reminders :

The nomination form is password protected.  Principals/Managers have received the password via e-mail.

• Ensure accuracy of nominee's first name, last name and job title
• Enter nomination information PRIOR to the deadline (end of business on February 24, 2012)
• Contact the nominee's direct supervisor if the nominee is from a different school/department
• Submit NO MORE than four nominees
• All nominees will receive a personal invitation to the celebration through their principal/manager 
• Due to space and budget limitations, the Values Awards celebration is limited to nominees only 
• An RSVP is not required
